SITEGRIPS TERMS OF SERVICE 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sitegrips.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. SiteGrips operates from Australia and serves customers in Australia and New Zealand. 2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or, for New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement of the goods or refund of the price paid. 3. PRODUCTS & SAFETY INFORMATION Our gloves are certified to EN 388:2016 (4X43F), ANSI/ISEA 105 (A5) and AS/NZS 2161.3:2020. Certification ratings apply to the palm material under standardised test conditions. No glove is cut-proof; ratings indicate resistance, not immunity. Always select PPE appropriate to your specific task and site requirements. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur. 4. PRICING & GST All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and, for Australian orders, include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Bulk pack discounts and free shipping thresholds are as displayed at the time of order. 5. ORDERS & PAYMENT We may refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability); if payment has been taken for a cancelled order we will refund it in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its supported providers. 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details. 7. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which includes your non-excludable ACL rights and our 30% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns and exchanges. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (branding, images, text, design) is owned by or licensed to SiteGrips and may not be reproduced without written permission. 9. ACCEPTABLE USE You must not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use content for commercial purposes without consent. 10. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Nothing in this clause prevents New Zealand consumers from relying on their local mandatory consumer protections. 11.
