What's your returns policy?

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days (unused, original packaging) — a 30% restocking fee applies. Faulty-item remedies are handled under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are responsible for return shipping except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer and direct heat — it can stiffen the nitrile palm over time.
