SITEGRIPS SHIPPING POLICY DISPATCH Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Australian warehouse (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (ESTIMATES) - Australia (standard): 3-7 business days - New Zealand (standard): 5-10 business days Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Rural and remote addresses may take longer. SHIPPING COSTS - FREE shipping on all bulk packs (6-Pack and 12-Pack), Australia and New Zealand wide. - Single-pair orders: shipping calculated at checkout. TRACKING Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, contact us via the Contact page and we will chase the carrier for you. DELAYS, LOSS & DAMAGE If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law / NZ Consumer Guarantees Act — at no cost to you. Please keep packaging and photograph any transit damage to help us lodge the carrier claim. ADDRESS ERRORS Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, re-delivery shipping will be charged. GST & DUTIES Australian prices include GST where applicable.
