SITEGRIPS REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For New Zealand customers, equivalent rights apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS
If your gloves arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
- For a MAJOR failure you may choose a full refund or a replacement.
- For a minor failure we will repair or replace the item at our cost.
- We cover return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items.
- NO restocking fee or any other fee applies to remedies under the ACL or NZ CGA — ever.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
We accept change-of-mind returns and exchanges (including size exchanges) as a goodwill gesture, subject to the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- A RESTOCKING FEE OF 30% of the purchase price applies to all change-of-mind returns, exchanges and replacements. For refunds, the fee is deducted from the amount refunded; for exchanges, it is payable before the replacement is dispatched.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
- Used or worn gloves cannot be returned for change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons.
The 30% restocking fee applies ONLY to change-of-mind returns. It never applies to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, which are handled under your ACL/CGA rights above at no cost to you.
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
Email us via the Contact page with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items.
